The Good Citizen Factor refers to a holistic system of data collection and evaluation designed to monitor and influence individuals' behavior based on their social and economic activities. It tracks citizens' behavior and compliance with laws and regulations including, but not limited to outstanding debt, adherence to laws and regulations, and social behavior (e.g., vices, interactions with others). This data is objectively collected by all relevant authorities (e.g., police, corporations, civilian reports), and is recorded ina public centralized database. The scores can affect various aspects of life, such as access to loans, job opportunities, and travel privileges. Higher scores may lead to perks (e.g.,lower interest rates), while lower scores could result in penalties orrestrictions. However, under this system, individuals are given personalized tips by the government to increase their scores.
